RIBOFLAVIN (Vitamin B2)

Riboflavin: Also known as Vitamin B2, riboflavin is required for a wide variety of cellular process including the metabolism of fats, amino acids, carbohydrates, proteins and energy. It is required by the body to utilize oxygen and to activate Vitamin B6 and in used for red blood cell formation, antibody production, cell respiration and growth.
